MSKReform (MSKR) is open to all individuals interested in the betterment of MSK practice with no barriers to membership based on what led to this interest! MSKR members are patients, clinicians of all stripes, educators, students and policy makers.
MSKReform is a non-profit members organisation operating as a think-tank. It has been incorporated as a company limited by guarantee with two founding directors:

MSKReform has a mixed funding model with 3 key pillars:
- Membership
(patients, clinicians, educators, students, policy-makers as annual members) - partnerships
(organisations supporting on a general or policy project basis) - grants
(we have several research and action projects in draft)
In 2019, whilst best known as #TheBigRs, MSKR worked towards a Manifesto for Reform under the leadership of five working group leads each leading a team under the following categories:

In 2020, the MSKR membership will vote to prioritise the 41 policies detailed in the Manifesto and appoint action groups who will work towards implementing 10-15 key policies across the five core areas.
